Please read all terms of service before you commission me! The second you pay I will assume you have read all of this and you are agreeing to my terms.
Terms
Once you have received your art, you may use and post your art piece however you please, but it will always be required to credit me. This includes in your bio if you use it as a profile picture, in a caption if you post it, etc.
You may NOT use my artwork commercially as in reselling the piece, selling prints, or turning it into an NFT. You may not sell the piece for more than you paid for it.
I do not stand for tracing or copying of my artwork. Doing so will result in an immediate block and you will not be welcome back for another artwork. I also do not allow my artwork to be fed into AI of any kind.
Design Terms
These terms are specific to character designs!
Please do not sell a character I designed for more than what you paid unless there has been additional art made of them.
Please do not feature designs I have made in sexual nsfw artwork
You may redesign characters I create, but please always credit me for their original creation
Please do not use my designs for breeding charts or reference them primary to create other designs of your own. Inspiration is always fine, just not directly referencing.
What I will & Won’t Draw
I will draw for all styles: equines, cervids, bovines, canines, dragons and other dragon type fantasy animals, humans (as riders for horses only, not on their own), landscapes, light gore.
I will not draw: nsfw, heavy gore, vehicles/robots, people as the main subject
Payment
All payments will be taken in full through PayPal or Venmo prior to starting the artwork. This is refundable until the sketch is approved and I begin to do the lineart. If you approve the sketch and I continue to draw, it is no longer refundable.
Service & Time Frames
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Average wait time for a commission can vary anywhere from 1 week to around 2 months for the more complex pieces. Please be patient with me, art takes time!
Please refrain from messaging me multiple times within a week to check in on your art piece, this just adds a lot of unneeded pressure. I will update commissioners on their pieces as they become available.
